Purposefully stress your nervous system to build resilience that lasts beyond the tub. After a guided breath work session to prepare your body and mind, your coaches Elise + Sabina will lead you through a fully supported 3–6 minute cold plunge on the rooftop.

This workshop is perfect for all levels — whether it’s your first time or your 50th. You’ll be fully coached every step of the way (yes, hand-holding included).

Want to plunge solo and on your own schedule? Start with our Quick Dip Intro to learn the setup, safety, and protocol. Once completed, you’ll unlock access to 15-minute Quick Dip bookings — available 7 days a week from 6AM to 10PM.

Restorative PM Breath Work

Settle —

We’ll begin by softening into the space — gently shifting out of the energy of the day + reconnecting to the body, the breath + the present moment. You'll be guided to release the weight of the day — mentally, physically, emotionally.

Downshift —

From there, we'll move through a 25-minute breath work practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system + invite a state of calm. Expect slower, grounding rhythms that help signal safety to the body and support emotional release, restoration, and deep rest.

Restore —

We’ll close with a few quiet minutes of integration, offering space for stillness, reflection, and a gentle return to yourself — leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and primed for rest.

With a 20-person limited class size, expect a peaceful, supportive environment with guided structure and space to truly wind down.

Supplement your existing workout routine by moving through a consiste, full-body workout guided by resident Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm. Traditional Pilates focuses on the activation and integration of core and glute strength, building a solid base from which all other movement can originate. We’ll start there, and build our mind-body connection through complex strength moves that challenge balance and control.
