Join Lauren + Marlene for a total reset of the body, mind + breath. This complete combination of tools of yoga, breath work + cold exposure will bring space into your body, lightness to your breath + reset your nervous system.

The Experience —

Yoga teacher + Nike trainer, Marlene will guide you through a functional full body flow that is suited for all levels, offering plenty of variations + adjustments to find the right depth + challenge for your body.

While we stretch + strengthen the whole body, there will be a slight focus on the upper body, namely your breathing apparatus. We will connect with the respiratory muscles to enable deeper + fuller breaths + prepare you in the best way possible for the ice bath ahead.

Join us for a sunny outdoor rooftop mat Pilates class with Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm, followed by a guided cold plunge — all with skyline views and spring air in your lungs.

Start with a full-body Pilates flow that fires up your core, glutes, and breath. Then shift gears into stillness with a 3 to 6-minute rooftop plunge to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling clear, calm + strong.

New to cold? Coaches will guide you every step of the way.

Experienced? Drop in at your pace — repeat as you like, warm up between rounds + come back for more.

We have mats on-site, but be sure to bring something to sweat in, something to plunge in, a towel, flip flops or slides + a comfy outfit to wear home.

This workshop is great for all plungers — from beginners to those experienced with cold exposure. Participants will be fully guided (think hand-holding) when being coached.
