using resistance bands, classic Pilates principles + contemporary movements, Casey will guide you through a flow of controlled exercises designed to increase strength, enhance core stability + improve flexibility. quick transitions between movements add a cardio boost, creating a dynamic, full-body workout that will leave you feeling balanced + revitalized.

once we’ve powered through the workout, Coach Lauren will guide you through a cold plunge to cool down, reset + rejuvenate. it’s the perfect way to recover, boost circulation, + leave you feeling completely recharged.
