Class will be lead by Víctor Hugo — trained in both Ashtanga + Iyengar Yoga, with nearly 15 years of experience. He’s also a dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — which infuses his teaching style with a heightened awareness of body mechanics and dexterity.

Sound meditation offers an opportunity to connect to a vibrational exchange — tapping into our true frequency through active listening, exploring a level of height ed sensitivity to sound, as a vibrational being, directing us toward healing from within.

We’re lucky enough to have George MacPherson of Sound of the Times lead us through an experience of healing from within. We’ll start the session by settling into the space and into our bodies with a relaxing breath work series led by Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm.

Strength Workout + Ice Bath Workshop

After mobilizing the body, we’ll run through a series of exercises — perfecting our form. Through gradually increasing the speed + complexity of those familiar movements, we’ll challenge our stability, strength and our cardiovascular system. Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will follow up this class will be followed up with a 3 to 6-min cold exposure.
