Justine Pierre (she/her) is a movement & mindfulness teacher. Her varied background in dance, yoga, mixed martial arts, calisthenics & primal movement allows her to curate spaces that center community, duality, transformation & individual self-expression.
Designed to attune your body + soul and help guide you towards finding strength through healing.
This workshop led by mindfulness artist Justine will combine yoga, somatic movement, simple full-body breathing techniques + meditation principles to enter a state of relaxation, reflection & refuge.
Justine will guide participants through a full sensory awakening. Reconnecting and grounding both mind and body through a specialized flow and sound experience.
Maya Thakrar (she/her), is a meditation teacher. Her studies of Tibetan Buddhism and training at Three Jewels, solidified her understanding of importance of meditation in having radical realizations about our inner and outer reality.
Maya will guide a Bliss or Rejoicing meditation.
Participants will work on destroying their negativity biases with this Ancient Buddhist practice by feeling proud of their good qualities and the things that bring them joy with the understanding that they have created them.
