Transforming through the powerful combination of breathwork + cold exposure.

 

Breath work —

We begin all workshops by forming a connection with the body through practicing proper breathing form.

Through controlling the breath, we are able to influence the autonomic or automatically controlled part of our nervous system — giving us the ability to consciously impact our fight or flight system, which will purposefully drop into during the cold exposure.

 

cold exposure —

Overcoming the discomfort that the ice provides is made possible through utilizing the breath techniques we learned and practiced.

The benefits of taking ice baths or exposing your body to the cold, range from physical and recovery-based improvements like better immune system function and muscular recovery to mental and experiential perks like improved energy and stress reduction.
