Enhance your current routine with a consistent, full-body workout led by resident Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm. Rooted in traditional Pilates, this class focuses on activating and integrating core and glute strength to build a solid foundation for all movement. From there, we’ll deepen the mind-body connection through complex strength sequences designed to challenge balance, control, and coordination.
