Purposefully stress the nervous system to better handle stress in your everyday life - after taking you through a breath work experience to prepare you to handle the stress of the ice, Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will guide you through a 3 to 6-min exposure in the tubs out on the rooftop.
This workshop is great for all plungers — from beginners to those experienced with cold exposure. Participants will be fully guided (think hand-holding) when being coached.
Looking to plunge on your solo and on own time? Start with the Quick Dip Intro to get set up, then you’ll be eligible to book a 15-min Quick Dip — 7 days a week from 6AM-10PM. Please note: the intro session must be completed before a Quick Dip can be booked!
