Through utilizing a range of modalities, while minimizing effort + tension, we will allow the central nervous system to move with less resistance, elevating your ultimate health.
Post-movement, we will ground through the breath, then move into conditioning of the autonomic nervous system — purposefully stressing ourselves through the extreme temperature of the ice bath, allowing ourselves an opportunity to regulate through the breath + get a chance to practice how we handle stress.
