Come chill after running the NYC 1/2 Marathon — non-runners are welcome too!

Purposefully stress the nervous system to better handle stress in your everyday life - after taking you through a breath work experience to prepare you to handle the stress of the ice, resident Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will guide you through a 3 or 6-min exposure in the tubs out on the rooftop.

Bring you own mat — if you have one!
