Strength Workout + Ice Bath Recovery

After mobilizing the body, we’ll run through a series of exercises — perfecting our form. Through gradually increasing the speed + complexity of those familiar movements, we’ll challenge our stability, strength and our cardiovascular system. Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will follow up this class will be followed up with a 3 to 6-min cold exposure.
