Meet up with us after your day for a 30-minute workout combing Pilates-inspired, full-body exercises designed to sculpt and strengthen your legs, core + upper body followed by a guided plunge with the Ice Cold Club team.
Bring something to sweat in, something to dip in (can be the same thing), a towel + change of clothes for your journey home. We have mats on-site!
