Tap into the rested state of your nervous system with a grounding and centering breath work sequence followed by a dynamic full-body stretch with Resident Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm. We’ll target the hips, then move through a series of stretches to open up the chest and shoulders to allow for an improvement in posture in conjunction with strength training.
