Class will begin with a yoga flow to warm up + ground us in our bodies, then move into a concise Pilates series, finishing with a flow to cool us down.
Morgan offers a dynamic, vinyasa-flow. She inspires to invoke connection and creativity through movement. She considers her classes to be foundational, yet creative — seeking a balance of energy and calm. A reset before the week ahead.
Lauren Schramm, Nike Trainer, will focus on both core + glute activation, moving into full-body exercises that challenge the mind/body connection we form through the warm-up.
