Strength Pilates Workout

Jump back into your week by moving through a consiste, full-body workout guided by Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm. Traditional Pilates focuses on the activation and integration of core and glute strength, building a solid base from which all other movement can originate. We’ll start there, and build our mind-body connection through complex strength moves that challenge balance and control.
