I know it’s hot out…
but let’s turn up the heat — I’d love to have you on Thursday July 24th at 6PM or 7PM for a Nike sponsored 50-minute slow-burn heated sculpt class at Practice Room NYC, so we can look cute + try out some pieces from the Nike Pro Collection.
Class starts at 6PM sharp, try your best to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can get changed + settled. We have mats + towels, lockers for your things + showers for after class.
After class, we’ll hang + have smoothies, get tooth gems, flash tattoos + take home a bunch of cool things.
